Terms of Sale on all Products
We want your business, not just once but for repeat orders. In the event that you wish to return the product purchased on this website due to our errors or a defective product please contact us at our email address or by phone so we can correct the problem. Either a full refund or replacement of goods will be made, whichever you request.

Having no control over the use of our products and since any product is open to misuse, under no circumstances will Magbright be liable for any loss, expenses, actual or consequential damage to persons or property of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") explain your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase, order, receipt or delivery of any product from Magbright and its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Delivery
Subject to product availability, your product will be shipped out within two working days. Delivery time is then dependent on the shipping method used.

Price and Payment Terms
Prices as shown on the website will be used. Payments are made at the time of order using Paypal. Please read Paypal payment information for further details.

Limitation of LiabilityThe maximum liability of Magbright shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Magbright shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Jurisdiction for handling disputes arising out of or in connection with our sale of goods.
In all cases disputes arising out of our sale of goods and the use to which they are put by the consumer/customer will be governed by Canadian Law and the Courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.

You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these rights.
